How the Neighborhood Club works

  • Start with a $105 first check-up: a full system check at our regular price. It’s separate from the two check-ups included with membership.
  • Old or struggling equipment is welcome. Your Health Report shows what it needs and your options, and if you join at that visit, we take 10% off the service fee for that call.
  • 10% off covers the whole service call: diagnostic, parts and labor, on the heating and cooling equipment in your home. It doesn’t apply to new equipment.
  • Discounts and priority, not repair coverage. Free repairs (parts and labor) are a Call Climate Club benefit for systems we install.
  • Renews each year on your join date, with a two-week grace period. After that, member pricing and priority scheduling stop until you renew.

Replacing your system someday?

Do it with us and move up to The Call Climate Club, with free repairs (parts and labor) for up to 10 years.

Neighbors taking care of neighbors.

Call Climate Services has been locally owned since 1998, when Scott and Vicky Call started the company. Today we’re still right here in Centerville, serving families up and down the Wasatch Front, and still doing things the same way: honest advice, no pressure, and taking care of our neighbors. The Neighborhood Club is how we take care of the equipment you already have.

Questions

Neighborhood Club FAQ

Who can join the Neighborhood Club?

Homeowners who already own their furnace, A/C, heat pump, mini-split, air handler or boiler, including systems another company installed. If we installed your system, you’re in The Call Climate Club instead.

How do I join?

Book a $105 first check-up, a full system check at our regular price. After that visit, you can join at member pricing. It’s separate from the two check-ups included with membership.

How much does membership cost?

$100 a year per furnace, A/C condenser, heat pump, air handler or mini-split, and $125 a year per boiler, starting with your first year. Furnace + A/C is $200 a year. Pricing is based on location; homes outside our standard service area may have an added fee.

Can I pay monthly?

No. Membership is paid up front, once a year, and renews automatically on the date you joined with the card on file. There are no monthly payments.

What is the Equipment Health Report?

After every visit we email you a report on each piece of equipment: how it’s running, what needs attention, and how old it is. We keep your equipment and its age on file, so you can replace things before they fail instead of on the coldest night of the year.

What does the 10% discount cover?

The whole service call: diagnostic, parts and labor, on the heating and cooling equipment in your home. It doesn’t apply to new equipment purchases.

My equipment is old or already having problems. Can I still join?

Yes. Your Health Report will show what it needs and your options, and if you join at that visit, we take 10% off the service fee for that call.

Does the Neighborhood Club include free repairs?

No. The Neighborhood Club gives you discounts and priority service. Free repairs (parts and labor) are a Call Climate Club benefit for systems we install. If you replace your system with us, you move up to The Call Climate Club.

What happens if my membership lapses?

You have a two-week grace period after your renewal date. After that, member pricing and priority scheduling stop until you renew.

How do I schedule a check-up or ask a question?

Call or text 801-298-4810, or just ask your technician.

Your Neighborhood Club crew is one call away.
