Call Climate Services has been locally owned since 1998, when Scott Call and his father started the company. Today we’re still right here in Centerville, serving families up and down the Wasatch Front, and still doing things the same way: honest advice, no pressure, and taking care of our neighbors. Questions
The Club is for customers who bought their heating or cooling system from Call Climate Services. Every new install is automatically enrolled, and the first year is free. If your equipment was installed by another company, we’d still love to send you free filter-change reminders.
After your free first year, it’s $100 a year per furnace, A/C condenser, heat pump or air handler, and $125 a year for a boiler. Pricing is based on location; homes outside our standard service area may have an added fee.
No. Membership is paid up front, once a year, and renews automatically with the card on file. There are no monthly payments.
It covers the main heating and cooling equipment we installed (furnace, A/C, heat pump or boiler) for up to 10 years from install, as long as your membership and yearly tune-ups stay current. Being in the Club extends and protects your manufacturer’s warranty. Add-ons such as humidifiers can be covered for an extra fee. It does not cover damage from outside causes, such as hail, storms and other acts of God, lawn equipment (for example, a trimmer cutting the wiring), customer interference, or theft. If another company works on your covered equipment and we have to repair it or return it to manufacturer specs, our standard service fee and labor apply.
If your membership lapses, you have a two-week grace period after your renewal date. After that, the free repair coverage ends.
